摘要
骨性关节炎(OA)是骨骼系统最常见的慢性疾病。近年来,随着人口老龄化的增长及肥胖人群的增加,其发病率也逐年增高。然而,导致OA发生的确切机制目前尚不明确。正常情况下,关节腔处于一种生理性低氧环境之中,这种低氧环境对关节软骨的正常生理功能及软骨细胞的生存具有重要的意义,但在OA患者的关节腔内的氧含量是明显降低的。有研究显示关节腔内病理性低氧与OA发生、发展中的各个病理变化密切相关。因此,正确的认识和了解关节腔内低氧微环境的变化可以对骨性关节炎发生、发展机制的探究起到更好的指导和帮助。
Osteoarthritis( OA) is the most common chronic diseases of skeletal system. In recent years,with the growth of aged population and the increase of the obese people,the incidence is increasing year by year. However,the exact mechanism of OA is still unclear. Normally,the intra-articular hypoxia environment is very important to the survival and physiological function of chondrocyte,but the oxygen content is significantly reduced in the articular cavity of OA. Some studies show that,intra-articular pathological hypoxia is closely related to various pathological changes of OA. Therefore,correct understanding of the change of intraarticular hypoxic microenvironment is helpful to the research on the pathogenesis of OA.
