摘要
胰腺癌是一种恶性程度极高,诊断、治疗困难的消化道肿瘤,且其治疗手段局限,效果欠佳,严重威胁着人们的生命健康。姜黄素是从植物姜黄根茎中提取出的黄色粉末,能与多个靶分子相互作用,参与调控肿瘤生长和发展过程中的多条通路,是较为有效的抗肿瘤药物。该文通过国内外研究现状,介绍姜黄素及其类似物对肿瘤细胞,特别是胰腺癌细胞的抗癌作用及相关机制,阐述姜黄素在增强肿瘤细胞放射敏感性方面的作用。
Pancreatic cancer is a gastrointestinal tumor of high degree of malignancy,with difficult diagnosis and limited treatment,poor effect,so it is a serious threat to people's life and health. Curcumin is yellow powder extracted from the rhizome of Curcuma longa,which can interact with a plurality of target molecules,involved in multiple paths of the regulation of tumor growth and development,thus is and effective anticancer drug. Here describes the research status of curcumin and its analogues on tumor cells,especially anticancer effect in pancreatic cancer cells and the mechanisms,to elucidate the role of curcumin in enhancing radiosensitivity of tumor cells.
