维持性血液透析患者左心室肥厚危险因素研究进展

摘要 左心室肥厚(LVH)是维持性血液透析(MHD)最常见的心血管系统并发症。近一半的MHD患者死于LVH引起的心血管病变。已知导致MHD患者LVH的病因包括:高血压、糖尿病、贫血、钙磷代谢紊乱、微炎症状态、营养不良、血液净化方式不同及透析期间体质量增加等。这些因素互相影响、共同作用于心血管系统,导致其发生重构。 Left ventricular hypertrophy( LVH) is one of the most common cardiovascular complications of maintenance hemodialysis( MHD) patients. The causes of left ventricular hypertrophy include hypertension,diabetes,anemia,calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders,micro-inflammation,malnutrition,different types of blood purification,weight gain during dialysis,etc. These factors influence each other and do harm to the cardiovascular system,leading to LVH.
