摘要
老年住院患者是营养不良及营养风险的高危人群。营养不良可导致老年患者不良的临床结局,如增加发病率、病死率、并发症,降低生活质量,延长住院时间,增加住院费用等。临床医师需对老年住院患者进行常规营养筛查;对于存在营养不良或有营养风险者应给予合理营养支持。该文对老年住院患者营养筛查及营养支持的国内外研究状况进行综述。
Elderly inpatient is a high-risk group of malnutrition. Malnutrition can lead to adverse clinical outcomes for elderly inpatients,such as increased morbidity,mortality,complications,lower quality of life,extended length of hospital stay,increased hospitalization expenses,etc. Clinicians need to perform conventional nutritional screening for elderly inpatients,and reasonable nutrition support should be given for patients with malnutrition. Here is to make a review of the research status of nutritional screening andl support for the elderly inpatients.
