摘要
目的:研究维吾尔药材刺糖醇提取物的体外抑菌作用。方法:制备刺糖95%的乙醇提取物,采用试管二倍稀释与琼脂平板法,对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和白色念珠菌进行体外抑菌作用的研究,测定其最低抑菌浓度与最低杀菌浓度。结果:刺糖95%乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌2种菌株均有抑菌作用,而对大肠埃希菌和白色念珠菌无抑制作用。结论:刺糖醇提物对细菌有一定的抑菌作用。
Objective To study the in vitro antimicrobial activity of Uygur Medicine Saccharum Alhagi. Method To prepare the Saccharum Alhagi 95% ethanol extract, using tube dilution and agar plate method, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Esche- richia coli and Bacillus subtilis in vitro antibacterial study measured the minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration. Results The Saccharum Alhagi 95% ethanol extract antibacterial effects on Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtills , while no inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. Conclusion The Saccharum Alhagi alcohol extract had inhibitory effects on bacteria.
