临床护理路径在老年糖尿病健康教育51例中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察在老年糖尿病患者健康教育中开展临床护理路径的应用效果。方法:选取老年糖尿病患者102例,分为对照组与观察组各51例,对照组行常规健康教育,观察组临床宣教中应用临床护理路径方式,统计并比较两组患者病情控制自我效能情况。结果:观察组患者自我效能评估中各维度评分与总分均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年糖尿病患者健康教育中开展临床护理路径模式可显著提高其自我管理效能,对控制病情进展具有积极作用。
