目的介绍了鉴定车辆火灾起火原因的三种分析方法,给车辆火灾的鉴定人员和勘查人员在查找车辆火灾起火原因时能够有一种恰当的思路,以便及时、准确地查找到车辆火灾的真正原因。方法运用排除法、类比法、朔源法三种方法对车辆火灾事故原因进行勘查。结果通过实践案例,运用三种分析方法,作出了正确的鉴定意见。结论掌握恰当的分析方法,对从事交通事故司法鉴定人员和车辆事故现场查勘人员认定火灾起火原因,明确责任有所启迪和帮助,起火原因的确定对保险赔偿解决矛盾和纠纷等都有积极的意义。

Objective Three methods, summarized from the authors＇ experience, for investigating the cause of vehicle fire were introduced. Method Elimination, analogy, and antedating methods were applied in the investigation of accidents. Results The three methods were proved to be applicable in the forensic cases. Conclusion To figure out the cause of vehicle burning is important in solving the disputes in insurance claims. The authors believe that the three methods will be helpful for traffic accident investigators in the forensic Dractice.
