非公企业在社会主义市场经济中扮演着越来越重要的角色,其健康发展对经济健康稳定具有举足轻重的推动作用,但非公企业在发展壮大过程中,因监管不到位、意识不强等因素,其内部人员职务犯罪时有发生,成为检察机关当前急需应对的一个重要问题。以庐阳区为例,分析研究涉及非公企业的职务犯罪案情,是寻求预防涉及非公企业职务犯罪对策的有效路径。

Nowadays, non-public enterprises play a more and more important role in the socialist market econo-my, whose healthy development plays a decisive role in the healthy and stable economic boost. However, in the development process of the non-public enterprises, due to weak supervision and less consciousness, the duty crimes occurs frequently, which becomes an urgent problem for the procuratorial organs to deal with.This article, taking Luyang district as an example, makes a research on the duty crimes involving non-public enterprises, and tries to seek some effective paths to prevent the duty crimes.
