低泡表面活性剂及其在工业清洗中的应用

工业清洗中泡沫不仅影响去污,还难以漂洗,容易残留,甚至溢出清洗装置,造成浪费,因此需要使用低泡清洗产品,而表面活性剂是清洗剂中产生泡沫的主要因素,在这种实际条件下不产生泡沫或泡沫不稳定且能快速消失的表面活性剂即低泡表面活性剂,得到了广泛应用,本文综述了低泡表面活性剂的结构、性能特点和发展现状,并通过列举低泡表面活性剂在餐具洗涤剂和漂洗剂、原位清洗、饮料回收瓶清洗、金属清洗中的应用实例介绍了低泡表面活性剂在工业清洗中的应用,结合实际应用总结了其性能上存在的不足及一些改进方法。
