电厂锅炉采用羟基乙酸—甲酸进行化学清洗,化学清洗结束后,汽包、水冷壁管均已清洗干净;根据清洗管样和腐蚀指示片的测定结果,除垢率为98.1%,腐蚀速率为1.01 g/(m2·h),腐蚀总量为16.2 g/m2,各项指标均达到了《火力发电厂锅炉化学清洗导则》(DL/T 794—2012)中规定的优良标准。金属表面形成完整的、呈均匀深灰色的钝化膜,钝化效果良好。

Hydroxyacetic acid and Formic acid are used in Chemical Cleaning power plant boiler. After the chemical cleaning, steam drum and water wall tubes have been cleaned;According to the cleaning and corrosion indicate the determination results of tube samples, descaling rate was 98. 1% , the corro- sion rate is 1. 01 g/（ m^2·h）, the total corrosion is 16.2 g/m^2, the indicators have reached the 《guideline for chemical cleaning of fossil plant》（ DL/T 794--2012）specified in the standard of ex- cellence. Metal surface to form a complete, uniform dark gray passivation membrane, passivation effect is good.
