The C 16- C 18 fatty acids, amines, non- ionic surfactants, water- soluble polyhydric alcohol ethers, hard water stabilizers, corrosion inhibitors, antifoam agents and de-ionized water were compoun- ded and developed as a water-based metal cleaning agent with high efficiency and rust prevention. It can not only remove oil and grease from the metal surface quickly and thoroughly, but also processes the characteristics of metal protection, rust proofing, no residue left and environmental benign.
