维生素D与TLR、Tregs、Th17在类风湿性关节炎发病机制中的作用研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 20世纪80年代以来的流行病学调查证实了维生素D(VD)和类风湿性关节炎(RA)的相关性,但是对其机制知之甚少。近年来对VD及其活性形式与RA作用机制的研究不断深入,尤其是在Toll样受体(TLR)、调节性T细胞(Tregs)和辅助性T细胞17(Th17)方面的研究大大加深了人们对VD与RA作用机制的认识。本文就近年来的研究进展进行综述。 The relevance between Vitamin D(VD) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) has been confirmed by epi- demiological investigations since 1980. However, little is known about how they interacted. In recent years, many scien- tists have focused on the mechanisms of VD and its biologically active form in RA, especially Toll like receptors, Tregs and Thl7 ,which largely expanded our understanding of the role of VD in RA. In this article,the latest progress on the role of VD in RA is reviewed
