摘要
采用光学显微镜、透射电镜以及能谱仪等手段,研究不同的氮含量对400MPa级钢筋的微观组织与力学性能的影响。试验表明,随着氮含量的增加,钢筋的强度有明显的提高,但断后伸长率变化不大,这与钢中析出物尺寸大小、弥散度以及氮的固溶强化有关。
The effect of Nitrogen with various vanadium on structures and properties of 400MPa Grade Rebar was studied by means of optical microscopy, transmission electron microscope and spectrometry analytical tools. The results show that impact strength increases remarkably with the increase of N content, but no obvious change in elongation at break appears, which is related to precipitate phase size and.dispersion, and solid solution strengthening of nitrogen.
