精益六西格玛管理培训体系是推行精益六西格玛管理的重要保障。结合企业实际,提出并建立了培训组织领导、培训需求分析、课程体系设计、师资团队建设、培训系统开发和教学组织安排等精益六西格玛管理培训体系,并在实践的基础上提出了改进意见。

Lean Six Sigma （LSS） training system is an important guarantee of LSS management. Based on practices in the enterprise, the paper attempts to establish a LSS training system, including organizational leadership, demand analysis, course system design, teaching staff team-building, training system development and teaching organization and arrangement. The paper also make some suggestions for this LSS training system based on teaching practices.
