摘要
目的了解武汉市普通人群中脑卒中发病风险,筛选出高危人群并分析其危险因素,为建立脑卒中防控干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用麦登公司生产的CV-300型脑血管血流动力学检测仪在体检的人群中采用整体抽样方式抽取的886人进行脑卒中风险评估。选择年龄在20~92岁,按年龄、性别、体质量指数、血压水平进行分组,分别计算各组的高危、中危、低危、正常人数比例,并比较各组之间的差异性。结果中、高危风险123例,占13.8%;男性中高危风险人群比例显著高于女性(χ2=5.628,P=0.018),不同年龄段脑卒中风险存在明显差异(χ2=151.736,P<0.01),≥50岁年龄组高危风险率显著高于<50岁年龄组,超重或肥胖人群相对于正常体质量人群脑卒中风险显著升高(χ2=5.925,P<0.01),高危个体中66.67%的超重或肥胖,不同血压水平人群脑卒中风险差异明显(χ2=158.717,P<0.01)。结论武汉市普通人群脑卒中风险偏低,男性高于女性,年龄在50岁以上的中老年人群、超重或肥胖人群、高血压人群为进行脑卒中风险评估适宜人群。
Objective To assess the risk of stroke in general population in Wuhan,and provide scientific some evidence for the prevention and control of stroke by analyzing the risk factors of high-risk population.Methods Cerebral vascular hemodynamics index was examined in 886 cases,aged 20-92 years from Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University during January 2015 and April 2015,using cerebrovascular hemodynamic detector made by medeng compa-ny.According to the age,gender,body mass index,and blood pressure level,the proportion of each group of high-risk, moderate,low risk, and normal were calculated and the differences between the groups were compared.Results There were 123 people in the middle and high risk group,accounting for 13.8%;the propotion of male at high risk group was significantly higher than that of female(chi-square=5.628,P=0.018),stroke risk was obviously different between different ages(chi-square=151.736,P〈0.01),The people over 50 years old suffered from much higher risk than the younger group.Compared with normal weight group,stroke risk increased significantly in the overweight or o-besity population(chi-square=5.925,P〈0.01).66.67% of high-risk individuals was overweight or obese,and the risks were obviously different between blood pressure levels(chi-square=158.717,P〈0.01).Conclusions The Risk of stroke in the general population in wuhan is low while male is significantly higher than female,and those who are male,over 50 years old,overweight and obesity,and suffered from high blood pressure should be assesses for stroke risk.
