基于足底压力的脑卒中偏瘫患者坐-站转移研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 目前,脑卒中已成为全球第二大常见死因,也是导致长期残疾的重要原因之一。据统计每年脑卒中后存活的患者一半以上遗留有不同程度残疾[1],脑卒中后引起患侧肢体的肌肉力量减弱、肌张力异常、感觉减退、平衡能力下降等,导致患者日常生活活动能力下降,社会参与障碍。 Nyberg [2]研究发现偏瘫患者跌倒37.2%发生在转移的过程中。脑卒中偏瘫患者坐-站转移、床-椅转移、椅-厕转移等体位变化是日常生活中最常用的功能活动,也是发生跌倒概率最高的日常活动;其中坐-站转移是完成床-椅转移、椅-厕转移的基础[3]。因此,对脑卒中偏瘫患者坐-站转移方面的研究具有非常重要的意义。
