当前,国企反腐倡廉工作仍然是一项长期而艰巨的任务,关系着企业的改革与发展,进而影响着社会的稳定。然而,企业在开展反腐倡廉工作中发现许多问题,针对这些问题,必须采取有效应对措施:首先,突出惩,保持反腐的高压态势,零容忍形成"不敢腐";其次,跟进防,完善反腐倡廉制度建设,靠制度硬约束"不能腐";再次,注重控,加强监督力度,形成"不易腐"的监督机制;最后,达到治,重视反腐倡廉教育制度,筑牢"不想腐"的思想防线,重塑价值观,达到防治腐败的目的。

Faced with the current situation ,the anti‐corruption work to the state‐owned enterprise is a hard word concern‐ing the enterprise reform and social stability .This paper provided some measures about the problems .First of all ,the enter‐prise should greatly strengthen criminal punishment .And then ,the enterprise ought to perfect the anti‐corruption system .Mo‐reover ,the state‐owned enterprise must strengthen the supervision efforts .In the last ,pay attention to the anti‐corruption edu‐cation .These measures can accomplish the anti‐corruption work to curb corruption .
