September 3 ,2015 is the 70th anniversary of the world’s anti‐fascism war ,while it is also the 70th anniversary of the victory of war of resistance against Japanese aggression in China .China’s Anti‐Japanese War is an important component of the anti‐fascist wars ,and the victory of the Anti‐Japanese War has promoted the victory of the world antifascist war .It made a significant contribution for the world peace and development and for the establishment of the new order after the war .Victory in the Anti‐Japanese War was the first complete victory in China’s modern history ,which laid a solid foundation for the Chi‐nese nation’s independence and liberation ,for the establishment of new China and for China’s peaceful rise to master the right of speech in the world .
