关于高校依法治校与民主治理运行机制建设的思考

Thinking About Governing Schools by Law and Democratic Management Mechanism Construction of the University

当民主和法治已成为社会治理的核心要义之时,大学治理不可置身于二者之外。健全和完善依法治校与民主管理的运行机制,有助于激发相关利益者为大学发展提供资源的动力。但是,在大学的内部治理中,法治和民主的推进动力仍显不足,依法治校与民主治理的运行机制并没有得到有效地整合。大学只有深入贯彻"依法治校""民主治理"核心理念,才能促进自身科学地发展,别无他途。

When democracy and the rule of law have become the core of social governance ,university governance should not be exposed to the two outsides .Perfecting the running system of governance and democratic management according to law helps to stimulate the related interest gainer to provide resources power for the development of university .In the University＇s internal governance ,however ,propulsion power of the democracy and the rule of law is still insufficient ,and the operation sys‐tem of governance and democratic governance according to law has not been effectively integrated .It is necessary for universi‐ties to thoroughly implement the core idea of governing by law ,democratic management and to promote the development of itself .
