如何健全职业教育集团化办学的保障机制

随着我国经济的快速发展,社会对各类技能型人才的需求量不断增加,职业教育也随之步入了发展的快车道。经过十余年的整体发展,我国职业教育形成了以集团化办学为主的发展模式和多样化和开放式的格局,并进入稳定、有序的发展阶段。为了解决职业教育集团化办学模式在实践中遇到的问题和困难,就需要构建由政府统筹、行业参与的,并与我国社会主义市场经济体制相匹配的保障机制。

With the rapid development of China’s economy ,the social demand for all kinds of skilled talents is increasing , and the vocational education has stepped into the fast track of development .After more than ten years of development ,the vo‐cational education in our country has formed a pattern of development and diversified and open pattern ,which is based on the development of the group .In order to solve the problems and difficulties encountered by the vocational education group school running mode in practice ,we need to construct our country ’s security mechanism with government co‐ordination ,industry par‐ticipate and matching with the socialist market economy system .
