摘要
本文以某载人潜器的纵倾调节系统为故障模式与影响分析(FMEA)的研究对象。结合故障树分析(FTA)方法列举了潜在故障模式,之后分析其故障原因、故障影响和故障检测方法,给出了发生度、严重度、检测度等级分数,计算出风险顺序数(RPN),输出FMEA分析表,最后针对处于高等级风险的故障给出控制和改进措施,以提高纵倾调节系统的可靠性能。
In this paper, the failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA) is applied to the trim system of a certain manned submersible. Combined with the failure tree(FTA) method, the potential failure modes are given. The fault causes, influence and detection method are analyzed and assessed. The risk priority numbers(RPN) are calculated and the grade marks of emergence, seriousness and measuring are given. The FMEA table is output. At last, for the high-grade-risk failures, the control measures and improvement plans are given to improve the reliability of the trim system.
