本文简要叙述了AHP法(Analytic Hierarchy Process的缩写,层次分析法)在质量体系运行有效性评定中的应用方法、步骤,同时通过运用AHP法对某单位的质量体系运行有效性进行综合评价,分析了评价结论,提出了改进措施。

The article briefly describes the application method and procedure the AHP（Analytic Hierarchy Process） method for evaluating the effectiveness of the quality system operation. By using the AHP method to evaluate the effectiveness of the operation of the quality system of a unit, the evaluation conclusions are analyzed and the improvement measures are put forward.
