摘要
改性沥青作为结合料在热拌沥青混合料中经过两次高温老化作用:改性过程以及拌合过程,改性过程中的改性工艺对沥青结合料性能影响显著。拌合过程中由于高温集料的研磨作用,一方面提高了改性剂分子与沥青结合,另一方面加速沥青老化。本文通过调节改性工艺获得不同性能改性沥青进行沥青混合料性能试验,由混合料耐高温、低温和水稳定性能选择合适的改性工艺。合理利用拌合过程中集料的高温研磨作用,对降低改性过程中能耗,节约能源有积极的作用。
There are two high-temperature aging effects for modified asphalt as a binder in hot asphalt mixture. One is modification process. The modified ways make significant effect on the performances of modified asphalt cement. Another one is mixing process. Due to the colliding of hot aggregates in this process, on the one hand it improves modifying effect; on the other hand it accelerates asphalt aging. In this paper, the modified way is selected by the performances of asphalt mixture, including Water-stability properties, resistance high and low temperature properties. It would generate positive effect to rationally use high-temperature aggregate at mixing process for reducing energy consumption.
