青海交通职业教育集团建设经过了几年的探索,形成了集团建设指导委员会、集团专业建设委员会和职能工作部三级运行机制,创新实践了具有行业和区域特色、校企合作、工学结合、产教融合的人才培养模式,打造了"双师"素质师资队伍,建成了"五位一体"的实训基地,提高了社会服务能力,提升了学院的社会影响力。

After years＇ exploring of the Qinghai Transportation Vocational Education Group, the three-class operation mechanism consisted by group construction steering committee, group and major construction committee and functional job department has been formed. And the innovative talents training mode characterized by industrial and regional characteristics, school - enterprises cooperation, integration of work and learning and combination of production and education has been demonstrated. Meanwhile, the team of double qualified teachers has been built and the training base of ＂five in one＂ has been established, which improves both social service ability and social influence of school.
