摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜在鼻窦源性眶蜂窝织炎治疗中的应用效果。方法鼻窦源性眶蜂窝织炎14例。将继发于上呼吸道感染的急性鼻窦炎归于急性组（9例），将慢性鼻窦炎急性发作归于慢性组（5例）。两组患者均进行经鼻窦的鼻内镜下手术，观察其疗效。结果经鼻内镜下手术及敏感抗生素应用等综合治疗，两组患者均痊愈，未发现严重影响视力及全身健康的并发症。结论鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻窦源性眶蜂窝织炎具有视野清晰、径路便利、损伤小、恢复快及无面部瘢痕等优势。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of endoscopic surgery for the treatment of rhinogenous orbital cellulitis. Methods Fourteen cases of rhinogenous orbital eellulitis were treated by endoscopic surgery via nasal sinus. The curative effect of the surgery and postoperative complications were recorded and analyzed. Results After endoscopic surgery combined with systemic antibiotics, all patients were cured and no serious complication was observed. Conclusion Compared with the traditional surgery, endoscopic surgery possessed more advantages for the treatment of rhinogenous orbital cellalitis, such as clear field, convenient surgical route, less bleeding, no facial scar, quick recovery and good effect.
