外伤性晶状体脱位的手术效果观察

Observation on the effect of surgical treatment of traumatic luxation of lens

目的观察外伤性晶状体脱位的手术效果。方法对我院在2013月4月至2014年10月期间收治的外伤性晶状体脱位45例48眼，依据其晶状体脱位类型和程度采用不同手术方法或联合手术治疗。结果所有患者术前眼压≤21mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa）13例，占27．08％；术后为42眼，占87．50％，差异有统计学意义（x2=35．80，P=0．0039）。视力0．3～1．5者术前为2．08％，术后为62．05％，手术前后比较差异有统计学意义（x2=40．07，P〈0．039）。结论根据患者晶状体脱位的类型和程度采取适宜的手术方法或联合手术，能够确保眼压和视力恢复的效果。

Objective To observe the effect of surgical treatment of traumatic luxation of lens. Methods Forty-eight eyes of 45 patients were analyzed in the study who were in our hospital from April 2013 to October 2014. All patients were given different surgeries or combined surgeries according to the types and severity of their lens luxation and the patient＇ s specific conditions. Results The preoperative intraocular pressure was less than 21mmHg in 13 eyes accounting for 27.08% and the number rose to 42 eyes accounting for 87.5% after the treatment. The difference was statistically significant （X2 = 35. 80, P = 0. 0039）. The percentage of patients whose visual acuity was 0.3-1.5 was 2.08% before the surgery and increased to 62.05% after the operation, and the difference was statistically significant （X2 = 40. 07, P = 0.039 ）. Conclusion Appropriate surgical method or combined surgery according to the type and severity of luxation of lens can ensure the intraocular pressure and visual recovery of patients, and guarantee the curative effect of operation.
