眼眶壁爆裂性骨折整复手术中鼻软骨的应用

摘要 目的探索鼻中隔软骨在眼眶壁爆裂性骨折整复手术中的组织相容性和治疗效果。方法以鼻中隔软骨做充填材料行眼眶壁骨折整复手术及眼球内陷矫正手术共30例(30眼)。结果本组30例术后3个月,复视均消失;术后1年,均未发生排异反应。15例眼球内陷矫正术后,随访观察3个月:治愈13例,占86.7%;欠矫正2例,占13.3%。结论采用鼻中隔软骨做充填材料,具有取材方便及组织相容性好等优点,消除复视及矫正眼球内陷可达到较好的治疗效果。 Objective To study the histocompatibility and therapeutic effect of nasal septal cartilage in orbital blowout fracture reconstructive operation. Methods Nasal septal cartilage as filling materials for orbital wall fracture reduction operation and correction of enophthalmos was used in 30 eyes of 30 cases. Results Three months after the operation, the diplopia disappeared in all 30 cases. One year after the operation, no rejection occurred. After the correction of enophthalmos in 15 cases, patients were followed up for 3 months. Thirteen cases were cured (86. 7% ). Two cases were under correction (13.3%). Conclusion Using the nasal septal cartilage as filling materials is convenient and its histocompatibility is good. Besides, it can also achieve good treatment effect on eliminating diplopia and correction of enophthalmos.
