Synthesis and properties of star-shaped polylactide with different arms

摘要 以L-丙交酯为原料,以辛酸亚锡为催化剂,分别以1,6-己二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇(PET)、双季戊四醇为支化剂,采用熔融开环法合成了含有不同臂数的聚乳酸。用粘度计、差示扫描量热仪、热台偏光显微镜、X射线衍射等手段对分子量相似但臂数不同的星形聚乳酸进行了表征。结果表明,多臂聚乳酸的特性粘度、玻璃化转变温度、熔点、结晶度以及结晶速率随着臂数的增加而减小;冷结晶温度随着臂数的增加而增大。 Polylactide with different arms was synthesized from L-lactide by means of melt ring opening pol-ymerization,using tin octoate(Sn(Oct)2) as catalyst and 1,6-hexanediol,trimethylolpropane(TMP),penta-erythritol( PET) ,dipentaerythritolas branched agent. PLLA with similar molecular weight but different arms was characterized by viscometry, DSC, POM, XRD. The results showed that the viscosity, glass transition temperature,melting point,crystallinity and crystallization rate of the branched PLLA decrease with the in-creasing number of arms,the cold crystallization temperature increase with the increasing number of arms.
