摘要
先合成甲基丙烯酸高碳醇酯,再将其与苯乙烯、马来酸酐和丙烯酰胺聚合,制备柴油降凝剂。考察引发剂用量、聚合时间、单体配比、聚合温度等对降滤效果的影响。结果表明,柴油降凝剂最佳制备条件是引发剂用量0.7%,甲基丙烯酸混合酯、马来酸酐、苯乙烯、丙烯酰胺的摩尔比为5∶1∶2∶1.5,聚合温度80℃,聚合时间6 h。当降凝剂添加量为0.08%时,降凝效果最好,冷滤点降幅7℃。
First synthesis methylacrylic acid high carbon alcohol ester,then polymerize it with acrylamide and maleic anhydride and styrene to prepare diesel pour point depressant. The influence of initiator dosage, reaction time,monomer ratio and the influence of polymerization temperature on pour depressant effect was investigated. The results show the optimal reaction conditions of diesel pour point depressant. the dosage of initiator was 0. 7%,the molar ratio of mixed esters of methyl acrylic acid,maleic anhydride,acrylamide,vi-nyl acetate is 5∶1∶2∶1. 5,polymerization temperature is 80 ℃,polymerization time is 6 h. With a dosage of 0. 08%,the pour point depressant has the best effect on condensation,and the drop of cold filter plugging point reaches to 7 ℃.
