BiOCl纳米片的制备及光催化性能研究

摘要 以一步合成法合成了Bi OCl纳米片,并考察了制备溶液的p H对Bi OCl晶形、形貌、光学性质及光催化效果的影响。采用X射线衍射谱(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光致荧光光谱(PL)和紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis)对所制的Bi OCl样品进行表征,并以罗丹明B为目标降解物,研究不同制备溶液p H制得的Bi OCl样品的光催化性能。表征结果表明,制备溶液的p H对Bi OCl的形貌、晶粒均匀性、晶面生长性能、光生电子-空穴复合能力、禁带宽度都有很大的影响。罗丹明B降解实验结果表明,制备溶液p H=6的Bi OCl纳米片具有最佳光催化活性,经可见光照射30 min后对罗丹明B的降解率达100%。此外,还对制备溶液p H对Bi OCl光催化效果的影响机理进行推测。 The BiOCl nanoplates were prepared by a one-step rout. And the influence of pH value on their crystalline phase,morphology,optical property and photocatalytic efficiency was studied by XRD,SEM, PL,UV-Vis and RhB photodegradation under visible-light irradiation. The characterization results showed that the pH can affect the morphology,uniformity of the grain,crystal growth performance,the compound ability of optical electronic-hole and the energy gap. The results of RhB photodegradation showed that BiOCl sample prepared at pH=6 has the best photocatalytic activity,and RhB was completely degraded within 30 min, the RhB degradation up to 100%. Moreover, the mechanism of RhB degradation over BiOCl samples prepared at different pH values was studied.
