摘要
利用反相高效液相色谱法对东洞庭湖区野生水芹茎及叶中氨基酸成分进行分析,水芹茎及叶经过烘干后用6 mol/L盐酸消解,利用邻苯二甲醛进行衍生,荧光法测定。结果表明,水芹茎及叶所含15种氨基酸总量分别为1.882 g/100 g和6.939 g/100 g,这一结果为评价野生水芹的营养价值提供了一定的依据。该方法快速、准确、结果可靠,适用于水芹中氨基酸的检测。
By using RP-HPLC, the amino acids contents of wild oenanthe javanica stems and leaves in Dongting lake area was analyzed. Wild oenanthe javanica stems and leaves are dried first,by counteraction with 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid,and then are derived using o-phthaldialdehyde( OPA) for determination by fluorophotometry. The result showed that 15 kinds of amino acid contents of oenanthe javanica stems and leaves were 6. 939 g/100 g and 1. 882 g/100 g,respectively. The results provide some basis for the evaluation of the nutritional value of wild oenanthe javanica. The method is rapid,accurate reliable,and suitable for determination of amino acids from oenanthe javanica.
