Technological Innovation Performance Evaluation of Annuli Regional and Countermeasures Consideration

技术创新是推动区域经济发展的重要因素,对区域技术创新如何做出科学、客观的评价显得尤其重要。构建区域技术创新绩效评价指标体系,通过查阅安徽统计年鉴和科技统计年鉴的技术创新原始数据,使用主成分的分析结果,评价安徽省16个地市的技术创新能力和绩效,给出提高安徽省区域技术创新绩效的对策建议。

Technology innovation is an important factor to promote the regional economic develop-ment.How to make scientific and objective evaluation of technology innovation is especially impor-tant.We constructed evaluation index system of regional technology innovation performance,and con-sulted original data of technological innovation through Anhui science and technology statistical year-book,and used principal component method to evaluate the technology innovation ability and perform-ance of 16 cities in Anhui province by the results of the analysis,and gave the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance of regional technological innovation of Anhui province.
