铜离子胁迫对小球藻生物量、蛋白质、多糖及MDA含量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 用不同浓度Cu2+(0,0.1,0.4,0.7 mmol?L -1)处理小球藻,通过测定其生物量、蛋白质、多糖以及丙二醛(malondialdehyde ,MDA)含量来反映小球藻的生长状况.结果表明,在不同浓度Cu2+的胁迫下,0~2 d高浓度Cu2+促进小球藻的生长,2~6 d则表现为低浓度促进小球藻的生长,而高浓度抑制其生长.蛋白质含量随着C u2+浓度的增加而明显降低,说明低浓度的C u2+促进而高浓度C u2+抑制小球藻合成蛋白质.在C u2+胁迫下小球藻多糖明显高于对照组,但随着Cu2+浓度的增加,含量依次降低. MDA含量在无Cu2+影响下,无明显的变化,在0.7 mmol?L -1时, MDA含量最高. Different concentrations of Cu2+ (0 ,0.1 ,0.4 ,0.7 mmol-L -1 ) are used for processing of Chlorella vulgaris ,and the growing status of Chlorella vulgaris is reflected by determining the biomass , protein , polysaccharide and MDA (malondialdehyde , MDA ) content . The results show that :at the different concentrations of Cu2+ stress , high concentration of Cu2+ can promote the grow th of Chlorella vulgaris in 0 ~ 2 d . Howevr , low concentration can promote the growth , while high concentration of Cu2+ can inhibit growth in 2~6 d . Protein content decreases significantly with increasing of Cu2+ , this indicates that protein synthesis is promoted in low concentration of Cu2+ and inhibited in high concentration of Cu2+ . Polysaccharide is significantly higher than the control group in the stress of Cu2+ , while polysaccharide content increases successively with increasing of Cu2+ .MDA content is the highest in 0.7 mmol-L -1 ,while without affecting Cu2+ ,and MDA content has no obviously changes .
