基于因子分析法的茶文化旅游线路游客满意度研究——以信阳市为例

A study on tourists' satisfaction of tea culture tourism line based on factor analysis——A case of Xinyang City

以信阳"环南湾湖百里茶廊"茶文化旅游线路为研究对象,问卷调查获取数据,采用因子分析法测算游客满意度.结果表明,茶文化艺术、茶文化景观、茶文化风情、旅游设施和旅游服务是游客满意度的主要影响因子.茶文化艺术因子最为重要,满意度较低;茶文化景观因子较为重要,满意度较高;茶文化风情、旅游设施和旅游服务等3个因子重要性较弱,满意度较低.最后,根据因子分析结果,提出发展建议.

Taken the tourism line of “Baili Tea Gallery aroud the Nanwan Lake” in Xinyang City as the research object , through questionnaire survey to get the data , using factor analysis to measure tourists＇ satisfaction . T he results show that tea culture art , tea culture landscape , tea culture customs , tourism facilities and tourism service are the main factors w hich influence the tourists＇ satisfaction . T he tea culture art is the most important factor , but the satisfaction is not high ;the tea culture landscape is also important factor , and with high satisfaction;the importance of tea culture customs , tourism facilities and tourism service is lower , and with low satisfaction . Finally , according to the results of factor analysis , the paper puts forw ard some development suggestions .
