摘要
模拟井试验中,射孔孔径会出现大小不均匀的现象,这对模拟井射孔试验的一致性产生了影响。通过对试验数据分相位对比分析发现,这是由于射孔器偏斜导致的,为此设计出射孔器的扶正器,用于在模拟井试验中对其进行扶正,避免因为其偏斜导致的射孔孔径大小不均匀。通过试验观察,该扶正器起到了很好的效果,解决了射孔器偏斜导致的误差,杜绝了上述现象的发生。适当的方法和正确的方向可以轻易找出原因和应对的方法,避免试验中此类问题的再次出现。
In simulated well test, the non-uniform of perforation aperture often occurs, which will have an effect on the consistency ofthe simulation well testing. By comparing and analyzing the phase of test data, it is held that the phenomenon is caused by the devia-tion of perforator. For this reason, a perforator centralizer is designed to avoid the non-uniform of perforation aperture caused by thedeviation of perforator. A lot of tests show that the centralizer has the desired effect, and it solves the problem of the perforation devi-ation. Such problems do not appear again.
