摘要
针对喇嘛甸油田南中东区块长期注水开发及地层的非均质性,不同储层间形成较大的压差,严重影响钻井固井质量的问题。从固井质量影响因素入手,采取了钻前关井措施、试验新型钻井液体系,开展了南中东的提高固井质量试验。试验结果表明,合理的钻前关井措施,为水泥浆提供一个安静的候凝环境,减少动态干扰;其次是良好的泥浆性可有效防止候凝过程中水泥浆失重时动态油气水侵入地层,在一定程度上提高调整井的固井质量,现场实施后固井优质率达72.7%。
The long-term water injection development and reservoir heterogeneity of Nanzhongdong block make the large pressuredifference formed between different reservoirs, which seriously influences cementing quality. For this reason, the tests for improvingcementing quality were carried out starting from the influence factors of cementing quality shut-in before drilling is implemented andnew drilling fluid system is developed. The test results show that reasonable shut-in measures before drilling can provide a quietwaiting on cement environment for cement slurry and reduce dynamic interference; a good slun'y performance can effectively preventoil, gas and water invading into cement ring due to the weightlessness of cement slurry in waiting solidification process, which is thekey to improving cementing quality. Excellent cement quality rate reaches to 72.7% after the implementation of the measures.
