摘要
阐述了物业服务企业增强服务透明度,推行物业服务监督制度,主动接受用户的监督,营造诚信为本的物业服务运行环境,突出服务质量预防机制建设。指出,物业服务企业监督管理的不足主要表现在:专兼职监督管理人员责任没有得到有效落实,制度标准执行不力等。通过建立物业服务企业精细化管理有效监督机制,提高物业服务企业管理有效监督效果。
It is elaborated that the property service enterprises should enhance the transparency of the services, implement the super-vision system of property services, initiatively accept the supervision of users, and create a faith-based property service running envi-ronment, outstand the construction of service quality prevention mechanism. It is pointed out that the lack in the supervision andmanagement of the property selvice enterprises is mainly manifested in the insufficient responsibility of full-time and part-time su-pervision and management personnel and the poor implementation of systems and standards, and the management supervision effect ofthe property service enterprises can be effectively improved through the establishment of the fine management and supervision mech-anism of property service enterprises.
