摘要
通过水热合成法合成CeO2粉体,设计水热合成条件的正交实验。通过研究发现:当水热合成条件为反应温度160℃、反应时间18h、热处理温度1400℃时,氧化铈粉体的发射率性能最好;从常温升温至600℃时,粉体3~5μm波段发射率从O.359降至0.270。
CeO2 powder was successfully prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. The orthogonal experiment about hydrothermal conditions was designed. The results show that under the conditions of the reaction temperature 160 %, the reaction time 18 h, and the heat treatment temperature 1 400 %, the prepared CeO2 exhibits the best infrared emissivity. The infrared emissivity of the CeO2 decreases from 0.359 to 0.270, when the testing temperature increases from room temperature to 600 ℃.
