摘要 为研究爆破战斗部壳体破碎形成破片过程的数值仿真方法,采用SPH算法对爆破战斗部壳体破碎过程进行数值仿真,在战斗部建模过程中,炸药采用Lagrange单元,壳体和底盖采用SPH单元,三者网格之间定义耦合。同时通过基于Mott破片分布理论的Stochastic模型,计算获得了壳体破碎过程及其破碎后所形成破片的质量分布和初速,并与经验公式计算结果进行对比,验证了数值仿真方法的可靠性,为相关研究提供了数据参考和技术借鉴。 Numerical simulation method was used to study the process of fragments forming in blasting warheads shell breaking. The numerical simulation of the blasting warheads shell breaking was realized by SPH algorithm. During modeling process, the explosive was plotted with Lagrange elements, the shell and the bottom with SPH elements, the interaction was defined among the grids of the explosive, shell and bottom. Through Stochastic models, which are based on Mort' s fragment distribution law, the process of shell crushing, mass distribution and velocity of the formed fragments were obtained. Compared with the empirical formula results, the reliability of the numerical simulation method was verified, which can provide data and technical reference for related research.
