摘要
为考察38CrSi钢的环境适应性,在我国6个典型试验场站开展6个月环境大气暴露试验,通过考察锈层的形貌、结构和腐蚀质量损失,研究38CrSi钢的大气暴露早期腐蚀行为。结果表明:38CrSi钢在不同环境下的腐蚀形态存在巨大差异;试样在拉萨、漠河和西双版纳3个试验站的腐蚀呈现双锈层结构,在厦门试验站具有明显的点蚀特征,在万宁试验站产生强烈的腐蚀;影响38CrSi钢大气腐蚀速率的地域排序为万宁>江津>厦门>西双版纳>拉萨>漠河。
A 6-month atmospheric exposure test of 38CrSi steel was carried out in six typical test stations for investigating the environmental adaptability. Through the study of the morphology, structure and the corrosion weight loss of the corroded rust layer, the early corrosion behavior of 38CrSi steel was studied. The results show that there are great differences in the corrosion of 38CrSi steel for different environments. The samples tested in the stations of Lasa, Mohe and Xishuangbanna show a double rust layer structure. The samples tested in Xiamen and Wanning stations show obvious characteristics of pitting corrosion. The regions sorted by the atmospheric corrosion rate in descending order is Wanning, Jiangjing, Xiamen, Xishuangbanna, Lhasa, Mohe.
