摘要
在甜菜根系土壤中分离得到对引起甜菜根腐病真菌有拮抗作用的生防菌株Y12。常规微生物鉴定和VITEK微生物生理生化鉴定系统,结合分子生物学分析表明Y12和花域芽孢杆菌(Bacillus vallismortistis)同源性最高,所以确定生防菌株Y12属于芽孢杆菌属花域芽孢杆菌种。
A potential biocontrol strain Y12 was isolated from be et root soil. The primary physiological and biochemical characteristics of bacteria were detected by microbial morphology observation and VITEK automatic bacteria identification system. Furthermore, molecular biology method was used to confirm species relationship. The biocontrol strain Y12 belongs to Bacillus vallismortis.
