摘要
本文以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为结构导向剂,合成了一种核壳结构的Cu(OH)2/SiO2,采用三种方法去除CTAB。结果表明,乙醇萃取与水蒸气高压结合法和煅烧法都能完全除掉Cu(OH)2/SiO2中的CTAB,但乙醇萃取与水蒸气高压结合法能更好地保护样品本身不被破坏,是一种更高效快捷的去除CTAB的方法。
Core-shell structured Cu (OH)2/SiO2 was synthesized by using tetraethyl orthosilicate as silicon source and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as the structure-directing agent. Three methods were used to remove CTAB from this structure. The FT-IR results showed that CTAB was entirely removed by the calcinations or the combination of ethanol reflux and high pressure steam, respectively, with composition and structure of the sample not being destroyed in the latter, exhibiting efficacious and convenient removal performance.
