摘要
城市地下空间是一种特殊的不可再生土地资源,开发利用地下空间将是城市可持续发展和提高城市功能的有效途径,科学合理的决策方法能够在很大程度上避免盲目投资,本文将可能度引入到建设项目的优选过程中,综合考虑项目在经济、环境、社会以及工程地质条件方面的影响,实现对项目的科学合理的决策,可为相关部门人员提供参考。
Urban underground space （UUP） is a kind of special and non-renewable resources. The utilization of UUP will be an effective way to improve the urban functions and to keep the urban＆#39;s sustainable development,blind investment can be avoided with reasonable decision.By introducing the definition of possibility degree, this paper established a valid and reasonable decision method for UUP project, which considering the influences of many factors, i.e. economy, environment, society, geological condition and so on. The results can provide a reference for decision makers.
