天智颗粒在治疗急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的临床应用

The Clinical Application of Tianzhi Granule in the Treatment of Delayed Encephalopathy after Acute Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

目的观察天智颗粒在急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病治疗中的作用。方法选择150例急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者,采用随机对照研究的方法,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规综合治疗,治疗组在常规综合治疗的基础上加用天智颗粒,应用简易智能精神状态量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评价临床疗效。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的MMSE、ADL评分,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论天智颗粒能有效改善急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者的认知功能障碍及日常行为能力。

Objective To observe the effect of Tianzhi granule in the treatment of delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods Selecting 150 cases of patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given routine comprehensive treatment.The treatment group received Tianzhi granules on the basis of routine comprehensive treatment.The clinical effect was evaluated through Mini Mental State Examination （ MMSE） and Activities of Daily Living （ ADL） .Results After three months, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment, the difference of MMSE and ADL score of the two groups was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion Tianzhi granule can effectively improve cognitive dysfunction and daily capacity of patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning .
