摘要
药物化学的首要任务是不断研究和开发新药,因此在药物化学课程中进行PBL+TBL教学,引入西咪替丁、卡托普利、诺氟沙星和链霉素等的发明过程,激发学生的学习兴趣。从学生的准备情况、课堂表现、小测验和问卷调查结果来看,该教学法有一定的优势。
PBL combined with TBL was applied in the medicinal chemistry course, for the primary task of medicinal chemistry is to continuously research and develop new drugs.This method proves to be advantageous by the students’ preparation, their performance in the classroom, quizzes and the results of the questionnaire.
