传统的消化内镜培训方式已不能适应医学教学的迅猛发展和患者对医疗服务的精益要求。通过多媒体和虚拟现实技术建立的消化内镜计算机模拟训练系统相对于传统的消化内镜培训方式是一个巨大进步。它以更贴近临床实际的仿真环境和更符合医学伦理的以人为本方式,帮助初学者较快掌握消化内镜诊疗操作的基本技能,使消化内镜的规范化教学成为可能。文章在多年教学实践的基础上,总结经验,探讨消化内镜计算机模拟训练系统在教学中应用的优点和不足,以期提高消化内镜教学水平。

Traditional ways of digestive endoscopy training is not suitable to the rapid development of medical teaching and patients’ higher demand for medical services.The computer simulation training system which is established through multimedia and virtual tech-nology is a great progress compared with the traditional way of digestive endoscopy training.The training system,close to the real clinical environment and more in line with human-oriented mode of medical ethics helps beginners quickly acquire the basic skills of digestive endoscopy and makes the standardized teaching of the digestive endoscopy possible.Based on teaching practice for many years, the ar-ticle discusses advantages and disadvantages of the computer simulation training system in the teaching of digestive endoscopy and pres-ents views on improving the level of digestive endoscopy teaching.
