摘要
为分析军校研究生创新能力现状,对深化研究生创新能力培养工作提供依据,应用Eugene创造力测试,对某军校所有研究生进行调查。结果显示研究生总体的创新能力强度等级主要为一般(64.4%)和强(34.3%),在不同群体的比较中,不同年级和不同类别研究生创新能力有统计学差异。
To analyze the current situation of innovation of graduate students in military colleges and provide the basis for deepening the cultivation of innovation,a survey was conducted for all graduate students in a military college with Eugene test.The results showed that the strength grades of innovation of the graduate students were mainly General (64.4%) and Strong (34.3%).The comparisons of different groups showed statistical significances in different grades and different sorts of students.
