The Anthemocritus Incident,the Decree of Charinus and Silence of Thucydides

安特摩克利托斯事件及与之密切相关的卡利诺斯"麦加拉禁令"是伯罗奔尼撒战争爆发前夕重要且敏感的事件,但它们皆被修昔底德忽略。其中原因在于二者分别与修昔底德对大战"第一枪"的认定以及"最真正的原因"的分析形成矛盾。若将两次事件的史实加以恢复,则会导致读者重新审视修昔底德及其史著。

The Anthemocritus Incident and the Decree of Charinus related to the former were important and sensitive incidents before the Peloponnesian War, but both of them were ignored by Thucydides. The reason for it is that they were irreconcilable with Thucydides＇ analysis of the first shot and the truest cause of the war. Thucydides and his work should be revalued when facts of two incidents was restored.
