摘要
定子刚度对电动机性能有重要影响,以某中型卧式异步电动机的定子为研究对象,基于ANSYS Workbench分析平台,求解其变形和模态频率与模态振型。同时,重点研究定子分析模型的创建方法和载荷与边界条件的设置方法。通过分析定子的变形、多阶固有频率和振型,得到该电动机的定子刚度满足设计要求,为同类定子结构的设计和优化提供技术指导。
Stator stiffness has important influence on the motor performance, taking the stator of a medium-sized horizontal induction motor as a research object, based on ANSYS work- bench platform, to solve the deformation, modal frequency, and modal vibration mode. At the same time, establishing method of the analysis model and setting method of the load and bound- ary condition are emphatically studied. By analyzing deformation, multiple natural frequencies and vibration mode of the stator, the result shows that the stator stiffness meets design require- ments, it provides technical guidance for design and optimization of the same stator structure.
