摘要
针对6.9k V、220级高压电机延长寿命、耐辐照绝缘技术进行了研究,对三种云母带和一种浸渍树脂分别进行了常规性能试验及耐辐照性能试验,对三种云母带与浸渍树脂进行了相容性试验,并以此三种云母带分别制作绝缘结构试样,浸渍并固化,按照国家标准对2×105Gy辐照前后的6种绝缘结构试样进行了单点快速老化试验和常规热老化试验,结果验证此绝缘技术的耐热温度、绝缘等级都符合国家标准在190℃下绝缘寿命可达60年。
This paper studies insulation technique of the 6.9kV, 220 grade high-voltage motor in aspects of long service life and radiation resistance. Normal performance test and radia- tion resistance performance test are carried out for three kinds of mica tapes and one kind of im- pregnating resin separately, and compatibility tests are taken between each kind of mica tape and one kind of impregnating resin. Three insulation structure samples are separately made by using the 3 kinds of mica tapes, then impregnated and solidified. According to national stand- ard, single point rapid aging test and normal thermal ageing test are made for 6 kinds of insula- tion structure samples before and after radiation with 2 × 10^5 Gy. The results show that thermal resistant temperature and insulation grade of this insulation technology meet national standard, and the insulation life at 190℃ could be 60 years.
